How do I save images in the windows ?

The contents of many parts of ArrayMiner's graphic windows, such as the 3D cube, the 2D square, and the Profiles Panel in the Main Window, the classification comparison in the Classification Compare window, etc., can be saved in a graphic file, typically for publishing purposes. To save the image, right-click the area of interest and select the "Save Image Area" option in the popup menu that appears.
To allow for an easy inclusion in a printed document, the Save Image Area option only saves the contents of the selected area instead of the full contents of the window, and redraws the image in the area leaving out any feature that would be superfluous for publishing purposes, such as the light-gray background in the 3D cube, the X,Y,Z axes in the Profile Panel, etc. In addition, the resolution of the saved image can exceed the resolution shown on-screen.

Selecting the Save Image Area option brings up a dialog box allowing you to control the way how the image will be saved. This differs slightly between the PC and the Macintosh.

On a PC, the contents of any graphical window can also be saved in its entirety as it is displayed on-screen, by right-clicking the window and selecting the "Save full window image" option, which allows you to save the contents of areas not handled by the Save Image Area option.. With this option, the size of the file is fixed to the size of the window, but the same dialog is brought up.
