The Workstation Tab / Table view

Table View

This table shows all the operations in your project. All of the displayed properties for an operation can be easily changed in the operation tab by using the change operation properties panel. When you select a line in the table, the operation will be highlighted in all of the workstation tab panels (Only if the operation is already assigned to a particular workstation). You can use the workstation tab buttons to assign / unassign the selected operation.

You can define the column width as standard values for next projects by right-clicking on the table and choosing the "Set as default column" size option. The table has the following columns:

  • OD ID : The number of the operation. A green cell means that the operation is assigned to a workstation, a red cell means that the operation is not currently assigned to any workstation
  • Name : The name of the operation
  • Code : The code of the operation
  • Time : The duration of the operation. The cell is colored blue if this is a manual operation and gray if the operation is robotic. Note that this is the total work time for all operators: if the operation requires two operators, then each of them will need half of this figure to finish his/her part of the task.
  • Link : The link group of the operation
  • Station : The number of the workstation the operation is assigned to, if any. The field is empty if the operation is currently unassigned.
  • Operators : The number of operators required by the operation. If the operation requires only one operator, this field is empty.
  • Zoning : The zone restriction for this operation.
  • Position : The position (ergonomic constraints) for the operation (If the operation is linked, this operation position is replaced by the link position)
Note
You can sort the table by a particular column by double-clicking the table header. Double-Click again to invert the selection.
