The ClassMarker Master Tab Table Panel

    The header of the table shows you how many of the genes pass the filter.(In this case 4472/7129). The two buttons on the right switch the modes of the table. The "Save Data for Clustering" button gives you the opportunity to save the current data in a csv formatted file for clustering. This file will only contains genes that pass the filters and experiments which have an used class.

    The table in the bottom of the window can show two kind of information :

All the genes : To turn the table to this mode, simply click on the "Genes" button on the top of the tabel.

    The reject reason of the table explains you why the gene did not pass the filter.

All the experiments : To turn the table to this mode, simply click on the "Experiments" button on the top of the tabel.


Experiment mode of the Master Tab table

    This table shows for each experiment :

  • If the class of the experiment is linked.(Dot in the link column)
  • If the class of the experiment is a train class.(Rectangle in the train column)
  • The name of the class that includes a particular experiment (Class column)

    The "Assigned Class" and the "Confidence" are not used in the Master Tab.
