The project explorer window offers a convenient way of handling your data. It gives you the opportunity to browse or edit data easily. You can invoke it by using the Projet Explorer option in the file menu or by using the "Project Explorer" button of the ArrayMiner toolbar. The window is separated into two tabs :

The organism tab : This tab shows the different organisms that you defined in your root folder. (Learn more) The projects tab : This tab shows the content of the selected organism.(Learn more)
