Editing Attributes

This window modifies the names and/or values of the attributes of your experiments. Note that there may be several attributes associated with an experiment, e.g. time, temperature, development stage, etc. The attributes of a dataset are displayed in the Raw Data Window of the Clustering and Class-Marking modules.

Each line represents an attribute and its values per experiment. A red N/A means that the field is empty and that it should be fixed by filling it with the appropriate value. You can add an attribute by clicking on the "Add Line" button. You can delete line(s) by clicking on the "Del Line(s)" button. All lines overlapping the selection will be deleted.
You can edit multiple cells simultaneously, by selecting them with the mouse :

  • Hitting the "Return" key will prompt you for the value which will fill all of the selected cells
  • Pasting data will replace the cells with the values present in the clipboard. If the clipboard contains only one value, all the cells will be filled with it. If the clipboard contains a multiple selection, your selection will be replaced by the clipboard selection and filled with the clipboard values
