Result Inspector Window
The result inspector window lets you have a snapshot of a job currently computed. To invoke this window, simply select a job in the "Server Status Window" queue and click on the "Inspect" button. Each workstation corresponds to a line in the inspector table.
  • ID column : This column displays the position of the workstation in the line
  • Load column : This column displays 2 bars. The green one shows the workstation specified cycle time divided by the number of operators. The blue one the sum of the operation times for this workstation divided by the number of operators for this workstation. If your are using multi-operator workstations, due to the inner schedule of the operators, an operator work time can exceed the previously computed average time. The difference between the two times is displayed in the blue bar by a lightblue part. As soon as one of the times exceeds the Cycle Time, the full line is red colored, giving you the possibility to easily determinate, whether or not a solution is feasible
  • Total Work : This is the sum of the operation average times divided by the number of operators
  • Lead Time : This is the time required by the station slowest operator to carry out all its work. This time will be the same as the "total work" time if there is only one operator on the station
  • Cycle Time : This is the workstation cycle time divided by the number of operators
